Ready to Go for Gold but feeling a bit overwhelmed?
If you have developed your Gold Award idea but are finding the proposal process daunting, this series is designed for you.
Seniors and Ambassadors (Grades 9-12) will receive guidance on crafting a comprehensive written Gold Award Project Proposal. Participants will establish a personal timeline aligned with their Girl Scout Council’s deadlines and procedures. The sessions will provide direction on progressing from initial concepts to a detailed proposal using SMART planning strategies. Attendees will also learn how to navigate the GSUSA GoGold online portal.
Troop/Group Advisors who are new to the process are encouraged to attend alongside their Girl Scouts.
Note: This does not replace required training or Project Proposal Support Meetings offered by GSOC. It is advised that you attend required training first.
