Each Girl Scout will leave our Take Action Award series with a well-developed plan for her Take Action Project (to be carried out after the series ends). Note: The Take Action Award begins with earning a badge of their choice. If the Scouts have not completed the badge prior to the session, they will have to complete it before carrying out their Take Action Award Project. |
Completing a Take Action Award provides valuable preparation for the Silver Award, as it follows the same process on a smaller scale. All Workshops4girls programs are facilitated by experienced Girl Scout Highest Award experts (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). The programs prioritize the development of skills that contribute directly to the achievement of impactful and successful Silver Awards.
