Friendship obstacles :Insecurities & Lack of Empathy

Description: Shelia, Emma, and Bridget are 3 normal best friends who go to high school together. They all have insecurities that none of them know about and struggle to feel comfortable in their own skin. In the end, will they come together as friends, or let their insecurities get the best of them? Update for relevance during COV-ID restrictions. We all may be going through hard times, but knowing someone cares can mean the world.

Unmasking Stereotypes

Our Project "Unmasked" is meant to enlighten young girls on the effects of hurtful and misguided stereotypes.  Our Take Action Project plan includes showing this video to multiple younger Girl Scout Troops and prepare activities that will teach them about our mission.

This video is about self-image, how the media affects girls, and the way they see themselves. As girls, we want others to learn and respect themselves for who they are and there natural beauty.  With all of society's pressure to be thin, people have turned to methods of losing weight that are harmful to their bodies.  Eating disorders have been on the rise lately, and discouraging them doesn't seem to be helping.  So instead of telling you not to take up an eating disorder, this website focuses on healthy ways to lose weight (if necessary), and maintain your fitness and well-being.
